Evidence-Backed Monitoring of Armed-Group Alliances
ALLIANCE HORIZON detects shifts in the relationships between armed actors by continuously reading multilingual open-source reporting, including local-language press. Critica’s corroboration engine separates a genuine change from the echo of a single widely repeated story and attaches the evidence behind every alert, so analysts work from traceable sources rather than unverified claims.
At Technology Readiness Level 6 and running weekly across three conflict theaters, the system is built for Intelligence Community and Combatant Command J2 analysts tracking coalition formation and rupture among militant and state-aligned forces. HARBINGER produces early-warning signals on the movement, recruitment, and operational tempo of armed actors by fusing open-source indicators with geospatial analysis.
The approach draws on more than a decade of primary-source research into militant organizations and is designed to surface warning signs in the pre-kinetic window where conventional ISR collection is thin. Built for Intelligence Community and Combatant Command J2 consumers operating in contested and denied environments.
